Is entry really free?
Yes. Trade visitor and student registration is free and gives you access to Cairo ICT, PAFIX, AIDC Expo and Connecta with one badge, all four days.
How do I get my badge?
Register online and your personal QR pass arrives by email instantly. Show it on your phone or print it, and walk straight through the gates - badge printing desks are also available at the entrances.
I lost my badge or email - can I reprint?
Yes. Sign in to the Visitor Zone to re-download your pass, or go to any badge printing desk at the entrance with your name, email or mobile number and the team will find you in seconds.
Do I need a visa to attend?
Most nationalities can obtain an Egyptian e-visa online before travel - apply at least two weeks ahead. If you need a visa invitation letter for your application, contact us through the Contact page with your registration details and passport information.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Yes - your badge is valid for re-entry throughout the show days.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, the Egypt International Exhibition Center has large on-site parking areas. Ride-hailing (Uber/Careem) drop-off points are at the main gates.
Are prayer rooms available?
Yes - prayer rooms for men and women are available inside the venue.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes. EIEC is a modern, step-free venue with accessible entrances, ramps and restrooms. If you need assistance on-site, ask any usher at the gates.
What are the opening hours?
Saturday 7 November: 14:00-20:00 (official opening). Sunday 8 to Tuesday 10 November: 08:00-20:00. Connecta (Hall 4): 10:00-20:00.
Can children attend?
Cairo ICT is a business and technology event. Students and youth are very welcome through Connecta; young children are generally not recommended on busy show days.
How do I exhibit or sponsor?
Use the Book a Stand form on the Exhibit page - the organizing team replies within one business day with availability and rates. Note that sponsorship at Cairo ICT is exclusive to exhibiting companies: you book a stand first, then add a sponsorship package on top.
