Terms & Conditions

1. The event

Cairo ICT 2026 ("the Event"), including the co-located PAFIX, AIDC Expo, Connecta and Innovation Arena, is organized by Trade Fairs International ("the Organizer") and takes place 7-10 November 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, New Cairo, Egypt.

Programme content, speakers, opening hours, halls and floor plans may change without notice. The Organizer will publish material changes on cairoict.com.

2. Registration and badges

Trade visitor and student registration is free of charge. Registration is personal: your badge and QR pass may not be transferred, resold or duplicated. The Organizer may refuse entry or withdraw a badge where these terms are breached.

You must provide accurate registration details. Badges are collected or presented digitally at the entrance with proof of identity where requested.

The Event is a professional business environment. The Organizer may define age policies for busy show days; accompanied students are welcome through Connecta.

3. Badge scanning and data sharing

Exhibitors may scan your badge QR code at their stands with your presentation of the badge. By allowing a scan you consent to sharing your registration contact details with that exhibitor, who becomes an independent controller of that data. Details are set out in the Privacy & Cookies policy.

4. Photography and filming

The Event is photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to appearing in crowd photography, video and live streams used for legitimate event coverage and future promotion. Approach the on-site media team if you wish a specific image withdrawn.

Commercial photography or filming inside the halls requires prior media accreditation.

5. Conduct and safety

Attendees must follow venue safety instructions, security screening and staff directions at all times. The Organizer may remove any person whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund of any paid services.

6. Exhibitor contracts

Exhibiting at the Event is governed by the separate exhibitor contract, the Rules & Regulations accepted in the Exhibitor Zone, and the payment terms stated on issued invoices. Sponsorship packages are available exclusively to contracted exhibitors.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss or damage to personal property at the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

8. Intellectual property

The Cairo ICT, PAFIX, AIDC Expo and Connecta names, logos and key visuals are the property of the Organizer and its licensors and may not be used without written permission, except for fair press coverage.

9. Digital platforms

cairoict.com and the Exhibitor, Speaker & Visitor Zone are provided as-is for event participation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction and abusive traffic are prohibited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder continues to apply.
